Returns & Exchanges

At Ekster®, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 45-day trial period to ensure your new smart accessories are the perfect fit for your daily carry. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide easy returns and exchanges for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our automated Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including all inserts and accessories, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse inspects the return and processes your refund or exchange.
